Committes

By-Laws Committee
Responsible for the maintenance of existing bylaws and writing new ones as necessary.

Membership Committee
This committee is divided into Membership Recruitment and Membership Retention. They are responsible for writing letters of concern to junior families and coordinating flower deliveries, meals, etc. as appropriate, coordinates Secret Pal efforts in the spring, and coordinates social events separate from the efforts of the Membership Recruitment department (fun nights, dinners).

Newsletter Committee
Responsible for publishing the monthly newsletter after appropriate parties have submitted articles.

Publicity Committee
Responsible for photographing juniors in action and writing press releases to submit to media as appropriate. Committee will also be responsible for doing public relations work.

Reporting Committee
Assist the President in December and January with preparation of the annual reports due in January of each year to FFWC/GFWC. Report and document all activities, events and projects the club has been involved in during the past year.

Scrapbook Committee
Responsible for keeping a running scrapbook of club activities for the year.

Sponsorship Committee
Responsible for acquiring corporate and personal sponsors for the club. Sponsors are given acknowledgment in publicity and advertisements for events throughout the year.

Yearbook Committee
Responsible for creating club yearbook that represents up-to-date club responsibilities, duties and club history.

Website Committee
Responsible for maintaining and updating the website, as needed, each month.
